Beachfront 2Bdrm Villa in Arroyo

Positive: Sali de.la rutina a despejar la mente. Negative: Si la villa la alquilan varias veces. Deberían de darle mas cariño a la villa y compren unos matres buenos. Q sali con mucho dolor de espalda. Los cojines de los muebles rotos. He incómodos. La silla de afuera rotación. Y los asientos colgante el moho le cae encima a uno. Los gabinetes las puertas caidas. La.piscina super sucia. Deberían de darle mas atención a la villa. Si le esta generando $$. Gracias

Una escapada en familia para no olvidar. ❤️ Positive: Me gustó mucho la localización era diferente no muchas personas saben que arroyo ofrece ese tipo de experiencia. Negative: Pues no fue que no me gustó porque en general todo está súper limpio , lindo pero pienso que le falta ciertas cosas para que sea más cómodo como por ejemplo poner un mejor set de sillas y mesa en el balcón para que en familia se pueda comer y desayunar tuvimos que usar sillas de la isla y no era la mejor comodidad . Más platos , más bowls para cuando uno cocina y tener más opciones . Una alfombra por la parte de atrás para poder limpiarse los pies . La televisión de la sala es muy pequeña y la verdad están ahora mismo en un súper precio para estar en familia es complicado de ver televisión en familia . Pero en general es bello el lugar todo esto es crítica autoconstructiva. Podría también recomendar áreas para ir la verdad ofrece demasiado el área nadie nos contacto para saber si estábamos bien. Además se puede llevar hamaca y ponerla hubiese sido chévere saberlo.

Don't bother... Negative: Old & outdated furniture, no AC on the main floor, no internet can't watch TV or stream any channels, mold on the balconies & in the bathroom, missing electric outlet cover, queen bed is NOT a queen but rather a full (barely) with a very uncomfortable mattress, ceiling fan in living is very noisy, kitchen cabinet doors are all lopsided making it feel dangerous that they may fall off at any time when you open them, no lounge/lawn chairs to relax by the pool or the beach, the place feels really dark and there were other details that left us feeling very uncomfortable.

Family environment Positive: I love this place because the surroundings are clean and beautiful safe for children .They have basketball court ,tennis court,pool for kids and adults small gazebos ,BBQ areas ,small area for kids with swings and seesaw . My husband is a veteran from the army he loved this place so much that I extend twice our stayed .If you are a party person this is not the place for you . This is a place to be relaxed with your family because is no craziness around . Negative: This is a feedback they need some updates the mattress of the master bedroom need to be change because is hard also the AC . They need to add blackouts curtains in both rooms because in the morning the rooms are very bright .They need to add other TV in the master bedroom.They need to add a BBQ Overall this place is still very good for me and my family .

Our stay was pleasant dispite a few issues with the unit. Positive: The place was clean . The place was decorated very nice . The rooms where spacious and well equipped. The appliances were nice and new. The location to the beach was great. Very private the beach area . The area around was very quiet and peaceful. Negative: The pool area seemed cold and uninviting . The pool looked as it needed some TLC . The landscape was nice except you see several units being repaired and you see appliances and furniture outside. The unit itself was nice but had no AC on the main 1st floor . This made the unit very hot while cooking and sitting in the living room. During the evening you could not shut the lights off from the fans because the fan and light were one switch. So running the fans meant having the lights on. In the unit if you can sleep with a lot of light in the morning you’ll be good. The rooms need sun shade curtains for those who like a moderate dark room .
